This course is designed for employees who have a responsibility for issuing, storing, inspecting, condemning or aquiring lifting equipment. "You have a duty of care to ensure your employees are competent to carry out this skill especially if you are appointing them as your responsible person." The course will cover: The legislation related to lifting accessories. Materials Lifting Accessories Inspection Visual Inspection Methods of Testing Reporting The two-day course has appeal to companies, large and small, where it is realised that a trained employee to oversee lifting equipment affords economies in time and equipment and demonstrates a company's commitment to safe working practices.
